    I am an executive project leader with over 25 years of experience leading initiatives across public and private sectors for major organizations including the City of Seattle, Fred Hutch, Seattle Children's, Premera, the University of Washington and Microsoft.

    I am a servant leader, where my role is to ensure the entire team has the processes, tools, and information they need to successfully meet project goals and objectives.

    I am transparent about project status with executives and can help them to ensure we are doing the right project, at the right time, with the right people for successful outcomes.

    The best run project must also include change management to be a true success.  As a Prosci Change Management professional I also work with stakeholders to help them navigate the change from current to future state roles, processes and tools.

    Successfully rescued the development and implementation of a highly visible mayoral initiative aligning utility discount programs across the City in one application using Oracle’s Web Content Management System.
