I am an executive project leader with over 25 years of experience leading initiatives across public and private sectors for major organizations including the City of Seattle, Fred Hutch, Seattle Children's, Premera, the University of Washington and Microsoft.
I am a servant leader, where my role is to ensure the entire team has the processes, tools, and information they need to successfully meet project goals and objectives.
I am transparent about project status with executives and can help them to ensure we are doing the right project, at the right time, with the right people for successful outcomes.
The best run project must also include change management to be a true success. As a Prosci Change Management professional I also work with stakeholders to help them navigate the change from current to future state roles, processes and tools.

Utility Discount Program
Successfully rescued the development and implementation of a highly visible mayoral initiative aligning utility discount programs across the City in one application using Oracle’s Web Content Management System.
University of Washington
Financial Transformation Program
Served on the program leadership team for the largest program in the university’s history. Responsible for setting up program infrastructure, workstreams, team norms and program operations for the Workday HRIS system implementation.
Kaiser Permanente
HR Transformation Program
w Led regional stabilization of a major HRIS system rollout impacting 200,000 employees
Seattle Children's Hospital
Managed a staff of 20 project managers, senior business analysts, QA analysts and project coordinators. Responsible for project oversight and direction, hiring, coaching, training, and employee evaluations.
City of Seattle
Designed 3-year PMO Maturity Roadmap to improve project outcomes, gain process efficiencies and increase project management capabilities.
Fred Hutch Research Center
Led program to select an HR Information System for Fred Hutch and the Seattle Cancer Care Alliance
